Ready for a Year of Change? (7th January 2025)
Happy New Year
And a huge thank you!
I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for your support throughout the past year- Having you on this journey with me means the world to me. The work I do wouldn’t be able to have the impact it is having without the collaboration and support from all of you.
Whether that’s liking my linkedin posts, reading my report, sharing it with colleagues and your network, hiring me for short projects or to conduct research. We know that real change happens when we all work together – questioning old ways of doing things and pushing for a better future.
Even small actions can have a powerful impact.
2024 will always be the year I completed my over a year-long Churchill Fellowship journey. If you’ve not yet checked it out:
Download the report: Building inclusive work cultures for disabled employees to drive innovation.
The report explores four key themes, presenting the latest thought leadership on:
Reasonable adjustments.
Senior leadership and Employee Network Groups.
Global policymaking.
AI and HR technology.
Whether you’re a seasoned leader or just starting your career, this report offers valuable insights for anyone who wants to create a more inclusive workplace.

CHANGE
It’s a scary word for many people- me included. Rather than set new year resolutions, for the past few years I’ve been picking a word to embody throughout the year instead. I have had my year of Joy, Grace, Faith and now, this year I have picked ‘change’.
Change doesn’t happen overnight and might not always be happening at the pace we want it to, but thanks to people like you, it IS happening!
This year marks the 30th anniversary of the Disability Discrimination Act, I loved how Ceilia shared this milestone on LinkedIn- it’s worth a read.
Every action, no matter how small, counts and contributes.
Thanks again for your support. Looking forward to making the world a more inclusive, accepting and welcoming place alongside you in 2025!
