More Than Reasonable: A white paper providing the largest collection and synthesis of timely evidence on reasonable adjustments in the UK.

How We Work

Co-creation

We work with a selected group of consultants to build a team for each specific project, that bring together lived experience and industry expertise to deliver high impact deliverables. Founded by Rachael Mole CF in 2024, she has built Moleworks Solutions into a U.K leading organisation known for bringing equity into the heart of every project.

Research & Insight

We produce independent and commissioned research that informs access-related policy, culture, and innovation. Through funded research projects that capture disabled and neurodivergent communities thoughts and experiences, to literature reviews that scan industries for best practice and gaps in knowledge.

Strategic Advisory

We advise employers, public bodies, and tech innovators on embedding inclusion into organisational strategy and design. We work across: Employment, Financial services, Transport, Artificial Intelligence and Higher Education— But believe that the solutions and best practice for one industry can actively inform others.

Shared Learning

We believe equitable and open knowledge sharing is at the heart of true access. Through publications, partners, toolkits, and speaking,
we share what works, and challenge what doesn’t, to grow collective capacity for an access-first society.

Who We’ve Worked With

Client Testimonials

“Rachael was insightful, conscientious and thorough in her delivery of our research brief, and left us feeling confident in how we might action some of her practical recommendations.”

Caitlin Ross, Head of Impact - Big Change Charitable Trust

“Rachael is an expert consultant and an excellent collaborator that brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to any project. We are thrilled to have had the opportunity to work with Rachael on previous successful campaigns and look forward to doing so again in the future.”

Emma Gardner, Co Founder- With Not For

“Rachael delivered an introductory talk on AI in recruitment at a round table we held for employers. She used her knowledge and experience to cover advances in AI and looking at the dangers and opportunities that AI offers, which sparked interesting discussions. We received positive feedback from delegates about the session.”

Jane Hatton, Founder/CEO - Evenbreak

“Rachael supplied an incredibly informative session on Reasonable Adjustments and made a conscious effort to tailor this to the specific challenges often faced by members of our community. She proactively engaged with us to establish common issues and barriers and incorporated these into her presentation, as well as drawing from her own lived experience. Her knowledge and passion on this subject really shone through. The biggest testimonial for the session was the high rate of attendance to the online session and the number of attendees who stayed for the full presentation. There were a number of questions at the end of the session which Rachael also expertly fielded.”

Jimmy Gregory - Work Forwards Programme Manager - Cystic Fibrosis Trust

“Rachael is also very knowledgeable in the field of technology and has helped us to ensure our way of working is truly accessible for our completely remote team. Things I had previously thought weren't possible for a digital marketing agency, such as truly flexible working (working at any point in the 24/7 timescape) are now our way of life.”

Sophie Turton, Founder - Electric Peach

"We worked with Rachael to develop our approach, thinking and policies around the use of AI at Patchwork Hub. She brought a wealth of knowledge to the work across accessibility, emerging technologies and how those topics interact - such an important area for the coming years. As a result of our work together, we now have far greater clarity and confidence in our approach to this vital topic, setting us up for long-term success. I would highly recommend working with Rachael to anyone looking to embed accessibility and ethical considerations into their AI strategies and policies."
