Final reminder to join me this week for the Getting AI Right webinar (27th May 2025)
AI is already changing how we work, but too often, inclusion, ethics, and lived experience are absent from the conversation.
If you’ve missed me talking about Getting AI Right recently, it’s a practical, accessibility-first webinar I’m running for organisations that want to understand the real risks of AI, how to lead responsibly and how to build systems that support people, not sideline them.
I’ll be sharing insights from my Churchill Fellowship research, during which I spoke with people and organisations worldwide about AI, the future of work and the link between access and innovation.
Let me reintroduce myself:
As an international researcher, disability inclusion advisor to the UK government, and founder of Moleworks Solutions. I specialise in helping organisations create inclusive, innovative, future-ready strategies grounded in accessibility-first processes.
I’ve been named one of the Top 100 Female Entrepreneurs in the UK and serve as one of the youngest Public Appointees.
Here’s what we’ll cover in the session:
🔹 How AI can increase risks to 'vulnerable’ employees, customers or service users
🔹 What happens when AI is implemented without ethical or inclusive safeguards
🔹 The top three workplace risks linked to AI and your people outcomes — and how to start mitigating them
🔹 A case study of AI policy in action within a disabled-led business.
We’ll finish with a Fireside Conversation with Head of Operations for Patchwork Hub, a disabled-led recruitment company, reflecting on what it means to review and implement an inclusive AI policy in the real world.

AI without the hype: What every socially responsible organisation needs to know
Friday 30th May | 1PM - 3PM (BST) | £70 | online
This event is being run in partnership with Sounddelivery Media, a charity that supports people with lived experience to shape media and public conversations.
As a Trustee for Sounddelivery, I see (and have experienced for myself on their spokesperson training programme) the impact of this work every day.
That’s why 10% of all ticket profits will go directly to Sounddelivery, supporting their media training initiatives and events for community leaders and marginalised voices.
Hope to see you there,
Rachael
P.S. Know someone who might want to attend? If you could forward this, it would be greatly appreciated!
