Work With Me

Whether you’re looking for a pair of expert eyes within a one-off service, a speaker for your conference, or a longer project-based retainer- I specialise in People and Project Management for innovative and conscious-driven organisations.

Bringing People and Project Management into the next generation of inclusion in the workplace.

Through my time working within disability, neurodiversity, and accessibility in the workplace, I’ve noticed that even the best-intentioned of organisations fail at the same thing- access is a tacked-on consideration.

The most successful implementations of access in the workplace come from integration- considering access in each stage of a project, and how to communicate effectively with all stakeholders at each stage.

Whether it’s an expert eye on your internal communications; the process you use to circulate information to your team, clients, and customers; upskilling your people team; or building or re-building your recruitment strategy- I can help.

Client Testimonials

“We would not hesitate to commission her again. ”

“Rachael initially took part in a 9-month training programme we facilitated and now is informing the programme going forward to ensure that it is inclusive and that there are no barriers to access for new applicants. She helped review and draft additional content for our programme handbook ensuring that our materials are clear and accessible for all.  We would not hesitate to commission her again. "

“I finally understood which roles needed to be filled”

“Working with Rachael on my inclusive business strategy, specifically with regards to recruitment support, meant I finally understood which roles needed to be filled - so I could successfully delegate some of my business operations and free myself up to focus on growth. I had never hired a team before, so Rachael's coaching has been invaluable. Highly recommend reaching out to Rachael to help you understand and accomplish your business goals!”

ensure our way of working is truly accessible for our completely remote team”

“Rachael is also very knowledgeable in the field of technology and has helped us to ensure our way of working is truly accessible for our completely remote team. Things I had previously thought weren't possible for a digital marketing agency, such as truly flexible working (working at any point in the 24/7 timescape) are now our way of life.”
